Getting orthodontic treatment for the first time can feel intimidating, but it doesn’t have to. Our simple 4-step process walks you through the entire course of treatment, from initial consultation, all the way through to your final checkup and beyond.

Step 1

Booking appointment

After you book an appointment using our online portal, you’ll receive a call from one of our smile consultants, who’ll book you in for a free 3D scan at your clinic of choice.

Step 2

3D scan

During the first visit one of our experienced doctors will carry out a free 3D scan of your teeth using the latest digital technology. It’s a completely painless experience and ensures we have the information needed to create your custom clear aligners.

Step 3

Treatment plan

Following your 3D scan, our experienced clinicians will create a custom orthodontic treatment plan just for you. You’ll receive a quote for the total cost of your plan, and receive an estimated timeframe for when your treatment might finish.

During this session, our doctors will also advise you on funding and payment options, and share helpful tips and information about wearing and taking care of your clear aligners.

Step 4

Your Clear Aligners

You’ll pick up your clear aligners at your chosen dental practice and start wearing them straight away! The teeth aligners should be worn for 22 hours a day, 7 days a week, only to be removed when brushing, flossing, and consuming food and fluids other than water. You may also remove your aligners to clean them.

We will be with you to provide support throughout your entire journey, and you can reach out to us with any questions you may have about your treatment. After your final check-up, you’ll be left with beautifully straight teeth that you’ll love to smile with. It really is that simple!
